Paid a month ago. Tried multiple times to verify my artist — it’s live on Apple and Spotify, I can listen to the song. And still verification fails. I’ve messaged support and no one gets back. This is not functional software.

This app is annoying that you still gonna pay for the pro and to verify your profile successfully will be a problem for them now my profile is verified and couldn’t find my tracks on it and keeps loading for the past 2 weeks with zero customer support I think its most annoying app I ever use

You open the app, with promises of you being able to do many things, only to be sent to an integrated webpage with useless info about your account.And even THAT doesn’t work properly.

What is going on?
I’m gonna lose it
I haven’t been able to do anything with this app or service for months. I cannot change or edit any of my lyrics, I cannot link any of my accounts, and the ‘help centre’ is entirely unhelpful.
