Appalling customer service. They refuse to refund duties, taxes and shipping when items are returned, also charge a refund fee.
Defective item and refused full refund

I had a terrible experience with Cettire. I received a defective Moncler Grenoble ski jacket with a misaligned zipper that would not close properly. I immediately provided photos and videos as proof.Despite clear evidence, they claimed their quality control found no issue and refused to provide a full refund, including VAT and taxes. The refund process took over a month and a half with very poor customer service and constant follow-ups.They deny responsibility even when presented with proof. I would not recommend buying from them.

The worst service. Deduct multiple fees for quick returns. Nobody available by phone. Takes CETTIRE 24 hours to return emails and the answer is AI formulaic and doesn’t answer the question. They won’t even answer the simple question, which courier is picking up? SSENSE, Farfetch and My Theresa, their direct competitors are 1,000 times more professional and trustworthy. CETTIRE? Never again‼️
