i have payed money to use this app, I have the receipt and everything, however i am unable to use the payed features. Not only that, when pressing the help and support icon in the settings, nothing happens but all the other icons appear to work fine. Essentially, I have payed 54$ for nothing and i can’t even get someone to assist me with this problems
