I struggle with a personality disorder and this helps tracks my moods and so much more! Gives advise and breathing exercises and much more! Really happy with it and you get a lot out of it without paying

Wanted to love the app. Cannot make it work. I’m a tech savvy 24 year old. Have tried to add my conditions and treatments 10+ times. Nothing is working. Or it’s not clear enough how to do it. Even went to the help page.

This would be a great app but I paid for premium and it won’t let me download the timeline of symptoms. It only lets me download notes and journal entries. Making the last 10 months of data useless! I’m so frusterated!

Didn’t quite work and asked for payment

It’s a bit slow, and a bit too epilepsy causing with the design. Just needed something simple. On top of that you get very few useful features for free- which is fine but there isn’t any meaningful reason to upgrade and it doesn’t support many conditions. Will try other apps for now.
