I had to download this one, as the old app no longer supports Canadian stores. Imagine my surprise when I got a store in Texas as my default. It’s a bit far for my liking.

I was forced to download the Canadian version as their older app is now US only. It doesn’t work…it constantly crashes. When it does load, I constantly get “Sorry! Something went wrong, but we’re working on it. Please try again later.” Ummmm…I’ve been getting this message for several months. When IS “later”?

Im not sure why I was forced to download a new Michael’s app just for it to be terrible and not work. I never had an issue with the other app but this one will not let me place an order. What’s the point in this app if I can’t use it to order the products I want?

I’m in the midst of downloading the Canadian app. After reading the reviews I’m not encouraged. You do realize that in this day and age having an app that does not work could be catastrophic for a business. Especially one that is suppose to let us place orders.
Thanks for using the Michaels app! We’re constantly creating a better experience so you can focus on your craft. Oh, and we fixed a few bugs, too.
