Love the product however the application at times will not work and reverts to test mode with purchase option .

This machine and special application is complete Scam. So-called support team makes more problems than solutions.. I really recommend to avoid this.
Scammed into Premium subscription

Only a couple days after my 7 day free trial ended where I had deliberately canceled the Premium functions on day 2 to avoid being charged for a year subscription , the app logged me out and stated that my account did not exist. I was forced to delete the app, download all over again and agree to the 7 day free trial followed by the year Premium subscription which I planned on cancelling immediately to once again avoid the charge but as soon as I opened the app, I had been charged a $170 for premium. Called Apple immediately but refused to refund me so I am out $170 for functions I do not plan on using. Seems like this happens often given the comments I have read online which is obviously a planned failure to login in order to rope users into a Premium subscription.
