I don’t like how the app continues another session automatically. I have tried to write a review in the app and I always get cut off because another session starts without me prompting it. I like the idea but if I want to do another session I will choose to do so.

The device works great when the app is working. However, I’ve had repeated problems with the app not loading. It says “loading” and just spins. I’ve contacted support. Deleting the app and downloading doesn’t fix the issue. It’s not a network issue error, because everything else on my phone works fine. Latest software and app updates are installed. It’s a real shame that this is app-dependent.

The app often stays in thinking mode. It sometimes works again after deleting and turning the phone off. As I write this, it’s still not working after two attempts.
