I try to follow this daily and absolutely love it. I highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time in a day but still want to be fit.

Je cherchais des exercices sur chaise. Le premier défi 28 jours était très bien mais trop facile. J’ai donc changé mon profil pour avoir des exercices plus difficiles, adaptés à mon niveau et qui montreraient une certaine progression. Malheureusement, ce n’est pas le cas. Les exercices se répètent et ne sont pas plus difficiles. La seule chose qui changent c’est la durée. Pourtant l’annonce propose de l’aérobie sur chaise mais je ne le trouve pas dans l’application.
