We’re with you on the day. Your home screen gives quick access to boarding passes. Notifications and live activities (initially from London Heathrow and Gatwick) update you about gate changes and key information within 24 hours of departure.

Browse your upcoming trips, select seats, add bags or make changes to your bookings with ease whenever you need them.

You’ll have access to airport maps and see in real time how busy our lounges are at London Heathrow T5 to find a quieter place to unwind.

- Your camera to scan passports, documents or QR codes
- Bluetooth and location for tracking features you enable
- Notifications for travel updates

The title might even be too generous. This app absolutely blows. Sure, if all the features worked, ever, it could be good. But it literally never works. Accounts don’t load, check in doesn’t work, reward flight search is constantly broken. It’s astonishing the rot of a once great brand. Everyone in leadership associated with this mess should be fired

Insisted I join the rewards club. Every time I clicked on it, it bumped me out of my log in. Would not let me register my Canadian phone #. Made my number from the US. Deleted app. Useless.
