I wrote a review a while back talking about how glitchy and generally terrible the user interface is. I am still having problems, and as I said, the app deletes everything, and re downloads it. Almost like someone re arranging your desk and then returning it to you. When I ask for an hour of screen time, it takes about 30 minutes to kick in, so it’s half of what I wanted, and a total ripoff. Since writing this review , all I have got back is a reply telling me that I should not be having these problems. I ended up scrolling through some reviews, and noticed customer service is quite nice, but tells everyone the same thing: take your problems up with customer support. I have already paid for this product, I shouldn’t have to put in more work than the company behind the trashy product. Please consider creating an app that works, instead of telling your customers that it’s their problem.

@Jaxondean, the apps and folders getting re-arranged is an Apple limitation. Having said that, there is a workaround that you can use. Please contact us at support@mobicip.com and we should be able to help you set it up. You can have your apps and folders in the exact same organized manner if setup correctly. The other issue you mention about screentime should not happen at all. Once again, please get in touch with us and we should be able to troubleshoot the problem.

Most users like you are able to get the restrictions set at a level that is mutually acceptable to you and your parent. The Mobicip Parental Control app by itself does not impose any rules, it only enforces what your parent has selected for you.
