Does everyone in my group need a plan?
No, only one person needs a plan for the whole group to get access. Your shared album becomes a living memory bank, where everyone contributes and the moments stay organized all in one place.
Is FaceFinder private?
Yes. FaceFinder runs entirely on your device. Your photos and face data never leave your phone. We don't receive, store, or access any of it. The feature is opt-in only, and you can turn it off at any time.

• Your Photobucket subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and will identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions purchased from the App Store may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Member's Account Settings after purchase.

This app is terrible. It's rare that more than one photo actually uploads if you select multiple photos, and it's painfully slow. (Since writing this, they've actually made it worse. It would be faster to manually dump your photos onto a 386, save each one individually onto a floppy disk, and mail them to a server to have them uploaded there.)

I remember using this app years ago, it used to be great. Haven’t had this app installed on my devices in years. For the past couple of months I’ve been getting emails every few days, saying that they will deactivate my account. This has been going on for MONTHS. It’s started to really getting annoying

I have had this service since 2008. First they forced me to pay for my photos because they put their watermark on everything. Now they have changed my plan and payment with notifying me when I sent three emails over two weeks they finally get back to me they tell me I don’t know what tier I was on and they won’t offer me a refund as it’s been longer than 48 hours and they have cancelled my reoccurring payment. Great customer service instead of making it right they just cancel your account.

I used to have a Photobucket account since 2006. Recently, I have been getting a lot of emails to say that I have photos in my account and that I should pay to reactivate my account to see them. I reached out to customer care to confirm. They said I had 570 photos. Then they sent me emails everyday to confirm that I am paying to activate my account. I paid. My account was empty. Now I have sent a message to customer care to assist but suddenly, there’s no reply. Photobucket has a two day cancellation policy. I’m guessing they are waiting for the two days to pass so I cannot cancel for a refund. And then they might contact me. It’s quite unfortunate that they are working this way. This is a really good service. And I will be happy to be a customer but not when it’s working in this manner.
