Dissatisfied with the official Quicken iOS apps and only need to enter receipts on-the-go? Looking for a way to enter GnuCash transactions on the go? iQIF is perfect for you — now with support for importing .gnucash XML Account exports, and a brand-new, modern redesign built entirely in SwiftUI.
iQIF lets you effortlessly create transactions on your iOS device and, when ready, export them as a QIF file that can be imported by Quicken, GnuCash, or any other money-management app. It is NOT a bloated pocket version of a full finance app — it's simply a fast mobile interface for creating transactions (it does not sync both ways with Quicken). Please note that your desktop finance application must be able to import QIF files.
KNOWN ISSUES:
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR VERSION OF QUICKEN CAN IMPORT QIF FILES BEFORE PURCHASING. Some newer versions of Quicken have deprecated the QIF format in favor of the proprietary OFX format. Does NOT work with Quicken Essentials.
*** PLEASE CONTACT ME PERSONALLY WITH PROBLEMS BEFORE GIVING UP ON iQIF — I can't reach out to people who leave a critical review, but in many cases I can fix the issue or help you work around it. ***
Frustrated by how slow quicken can be when entering transactions? Enter transactions on the fly and import to quicken. Easy to use. Love this app
Some good features

I use iQIF when I’m away from my computer. When I return home I export my purchases to GnuCash. It does this pretty well. My issue is that I have created categories in GnuCash that are not in iQIF. If is not overly clear how to get these into iQIF.
Great app

Just what I wanted. Works with Quicken 2011. I no longer need scraps of paper to write down my cash expenses. Thanks for a simple and useable app.
Small, SImple, Superb

I've been using this program for a couple of months now and think it's great. It's small quick and lightweight. I use it to keep track of all my daily expenses while I'm about town. The latest version (2.0) brought in a host of new features that makes it even friendlier. One button push to email all transactions to myself so that I can import them into Quicken. Not full of pretty graphics but this app doesn't need them!
- You can now search for an Account when editing a transaction, just like Payees and Categories
- Fixed an issue where a newly added Account could briefly appear with a blank name
