Fix AUv3's screen layout was not fully updated on LogicPro for iPad

・Improved `Coarse Tune` behavior. Please make sure that `Settings > Synthesizer > Adapt Coarse Tune to Note Number` is enabled. ・As same as the App, AUv3's `Settings > Synthesizer` screen now handles `Master Tune`, `Use Breath Control as Expression`, and `Adapt Coarse Tune to Note Number`. ・Fixed that a part of UI was not shown on some AUv3 hosts (GarageBand for iPhone, etc).

* `Settings > Battery Saving` - Introduce the new battery saver feature. It monitors midi inputs when the app is in the background and stops the synthesizer if no MIDI inputs for the specified period.
