Version 1.3 of My Mortgage Mentor brings 'Weekly or Bi-Weekly' payments, 'Flexible Extra Payments' and 'True Cost' calculations, along with several other improvements and fixes. New Features ============= * Payments may now be calculated 'Weekly' or 'Bi-Weekly'. There is also support for the 'Accelerated' variations, which will save you money on your loan. * 'Flexible Extra Payments' allow you to add any number of 'Monthly', 'Yearly' or 'One Off' extra payments. So, for example, you can now see the effect of making a large lump sum payment part way through the loan. * Additional costs can now be added to the mortgage payments to allow you to calculate a more realistic 'True Cost' scenario.
