I have tried to talk to Customer Service but is a computer program and can’t ask my question unless is one of the automatically created one! Such disappointment as they stopped free deliveries to Canada due to Canada Post strike and now the strike is over and they won’t reopen shipping and I can’t get in touch with a real person to make them aware.

A whole bunch of items were ordered /charged to my account without my authorization, and shipped to an unknown address. My account was hacked. I am very disappointed with AliExpress for its lack of security. This is not a safe site to trust your personal information with.
