Received a parking ticket and tried to pay it next morning But the system is set upTo deny payment. They want the max payment plus a fee All contact details are false. This company is a SCAM. City of Vancouver should be monitoring this company to insure they are honest on the online payment system
Can’t register in Canada

So my kid was trying to park, downloaded the app and said “Canada isn’t an option”I thought she was missing something, so I downloaded it to check. Sure enough, North America has no options in the app. Rendering it completely useless. I tried just picking a random country but I get errors trying to add my plate and other details. Maybe fix this, easy park? Or stop advertising in countries you clearly can’t support.

I last used this app in Germany with a rental vehicle Sept 30. I’ve now since been charged little charges over the course of Oct, Nov, and just caught the last charge for Dec ranging from (0.48€ -2.99€ I parked at Kreuzstraße 14A) - there were no language barrier markers in the app that said they would continuously charge me after using the app. It did not read off like it was a subscription. Definitely feels scammy. I reached out to an agent who said she cannot find my account information in the system. How convenient is that? And they have my cc info?! You’ve got to be kidding me. I will be disputing the charges. Do not use this app. Pay at the manual parking meters instead!!
Can’t register in Canada

Canada isn’t listed as option under country. That is just stupid and several others have complained about this as well for a while. So useless for me. Just deleted the app.
