The reason I bought a paid app was so that I could use it during phone calls. There are many free DAF apps available for the exact same thing it does. It also shuts off as the phone automatically locks when idle- doesn’t have the ability to play in background. I would rather use the free apps had I known this to be honest.

Hi, sorry to hear you're disappointed but it's just not technically possible for DAF Pro to work during phone calls as we make clear in our description. This is by design by Apple and no other DAF apps support this, paid or not.
