Yardi Maintenance Mobile augments the functionality of Yardi Maintenance. Yardi Maintenance Mobile allows maintenance techs to access their assigned work orders from the field. They can add technician labor and inventory to work orders and record time, notes, and complete work orders in real-time. They also have the ability to create new work orders as needed. This app is loss of time and money! The app is not suitable for this type of of operation! Delays in assignments from top management to the trades will delay the action, including emergency actions. The advice of “do not work, if the job is not assigned !” is bringing down the MRO.The cause of such app is to assist the account department, but it will bring negative impact of the RMs, arms and service trades!Overall, I will recommend re-writing the app for bottom-to-top utilization!Once again, GIGO!
