I’ve used Jump for a long time. I use it at work for RDP and VNC access to hundreds of remote machines and it performs great. Support was fast and informed the one time I had a question. I don’t use the Fluid Desktop portion so I don’t know how well that works.For RDP and VNC support in one app, Jump pretty much gets it perfect.

TOUCH BAR SUPPORT PLEASE!Instantly deleted Microsoft's Remote Desktop and switch completely to Jump Desktop. It's so much more powerful and faster.

I am not a business, just a home user who uses Jump to connect from my laptop to workstation down in my basement studio -- so I can remotely access my DAW and video editing stuff at night. The fact that you guys deliberatly limit the quality at 20 mbps is frusterating. Like -- it's not an insentive for a business class version. OSX screen share seems to display at MUCH higher quality, the problem is -- SOUND which is why I bought Jump.Why can't you just allow me to let my own network's local bandwidth limit the connection instead of a cap? Your software is good but come on ..... this is a terrible reason alone to 'upgrade'.
Good, but leaks memory

Really fast - better than Apple's remote desktop app, but has a wicked memory leak that ends up consuming all of my application memory (literally Gigs of RAM), and has to be force-quit. I use it for occasions when I need to see something in motion, but can't just leave it running continuously.
