CONNECTMILES
Sign in to your ConnectMiles account to view trips associated with your profile and check your bonus miles balance, status qualification progress for the next year, and recent activity. You can also quickly access your ConnectMiles card. If you are not yet a member, you can enroll directly through our app.

Does most stuff required and has a fair but of useful ‘side’ information, after the trip I’ll know more but my seats are selected and missing data is in and stuff and it claims my boarding passes are ready and that’s all I want out of these apps. One bug I just couldn’t sort out was entering the country code for the phone. It took me like 20 tries to finally pull down Canada for the country code, I just keeps disappearing after a few countries pass by. If I try to just enter 1 then it adds the country code for America Samoa so I can’t avoid that messed up scrolling. Apple iPad. Wife has same problem on the iPhone app. Good thing Canada is near the top, maybe hundreds would be to get to the 1 for the U.S.of A..The seat selection just kind leaves you hanging on the last flight, no save or end like normal and it reads like you could lose all your selections, but it seems to have retained the seats I selected so….

It’s embarrassing in 2025 an airline app is like this one. Technically it’s not an app, it’s just a portal to their mobile website. Very hard to navigate, slow and user unfriendly.COPA airline, just hire a company to design you an app, it’s 2025!
