You can subscribe to Joist Pro Monthly or Joist Pro Annual, Joist Elite Monthly or Joist Elite Annual. Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at the purchase confirmation. Monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew after 30 or 365 days for the prices listed above, respectively, and account will be charged within 24 hrs of the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed in App Store or iTunes account settings after subscribing. Unused portions of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

I use this app over wave because it allows me to add photos and Wave does not however, wave accounting provides the user with a dashboard that allows them to see what will become payable in the next 15 days, the next 30 days, and so on. This feature would be extremely useful for contractors, trying to manage a business, the ability to have a quick at a glance look receivables would be much better.

Lack of customer support

Being this app is advertised to the Blue collar guy I find the Interface and program really good. How ever the customer service sucks with only live chat!! I also have had a very hard time uploading documents so joist can verify I am real. All my transactions are frozen and my customers cards are getting tagged fraudulent activity! I guess joist is looking out for them which is good, but they should step it up and have a call center for new guys signing up. They are advertising their product to work boot guys that already don’t have enough time durning the day, much less time to deal with bs and angry customers.

A change to the homepage has replaced the Client button, which contained personal info saved about clients. Will likely delete since that change occurred since I no longer have access to my client database. Used to be a 5 but now I’m rating a 1.

Hi Drew, you can still access your Client list! Just tap on the More button in the bottom-right, to bring up a menu with more options, then tap on Clients. All of your clients and their info is still there. Please let us know if you're having any issues with that -- you can reach out to us at hello@joist.com or through the help section of the app if you still need help! Additionally, our team is working currently on returning the Clients button to its prior location, so please keep an eye out for updates to the app in the near future.
