It can only do so much given that the iPhone will shut it off, and I still don’t have it working seamlessly with my lan shares. However, it is very reliable and easy to use and the price is very good. I don’t know that a different vpn would be better and it does seem like they’re working on improving it plus offering more features at no additional costs. So, a qualified 5 stars but I would recommend it.

I have been using PureVPN for a while and like the service. This review and rating is based on the APP and not the service.They recently updated the app and stripped out a lot of features it used to have, including VPN Mode support and dropped support for some protocols. They emailed users to advise of this but only after the update launched.The also need a proper iPad version of the app that supports landscape viewing. I do recommend PurePVN as a service, but their app is not great.

Did not connect to VPN easily. Need to uninstall/Install the App again in order to make it work.Extremely slow speed when selecting Indian Server. Would not recommend anyone.
