I love this app! Instant access to a wide variety of sports has maintained my interest in my favourites and piqued my interest in several other sports. The biggest beef is the issue of the app frequently freezing or not loading correctly. The freezing happens part way through video clips or even when scrolling through articles. This definitely takes away from the overall experience.

No full screen on TV

I used to be able to connect my device to a tv and get the full screen. Now it only comes up vertically! Works good on my device though.

Hi, Thanks for your inquiry.At the current time streaming of Sportsnet Live channels from Apple iPhone, iPad devices directly to your TV through HDMI is no longer supported due to the latest updates to the security of our video streams.We do remain committed to providing options for you to stream high quality Sportsnet NOW content to your TV, including HDMI connection from a Laptop / PC, using Apple Airplay, a native app for Apple TV 4th Gen, and Xbox One, and support for Chromecast.

I had canceled my membership as it for some reason wasn’t working on mine or my husbands phones or our systems. Trying I talk to customer service is like a repetitive robot. I got charged for another month when I was SURE I canceled. I asked for my money back as we can’t use the service anyways! I got dragged through a series of emails of me being repetitive and having more deals thrown at me to be told they don’t do refunds! Could you not have said that A. The beginning. B. Why am I being charged for a service I can’t even USE!? You guys are a joke and scammers.
