CALENDAR: 2houses offers an interactive shared calendar with many opportunities for sharing and synchronization, which is needed for a modern family. We have also set up specific features for separated parents who can, through our interface, set a co-parenting app calendar and manage changes without any time clashes. Becoming organized in a simple way is no longer impossible for a separated family.
FINANCE: We offer a simple and effective financial management system for parents. For example, you can view reports by specific categories or periods. What other features does it have? For separated parents, 2houses manages shared expenses and continuously displays the balance to ensure equilibrated and healthy accounts.
MESSAGES: 2houses offers a simple messaging tool that is efficient and secure. Keep track of all your communications, whether with the other parent, with one of your children, or even with your mediator. You can archive your conversations or print them out, but under no circumstances can they be deleted!

PRIVACY & SECURITY: The information provided by you is used only to supply your account and is not used for any other purpose.
Information about children is added to the account by you without any obligation.
Your account is protected by an encrypted password that only you know. Each parent has their own access protected by a login and password. The private information of each parent (email address, credit card, phone number, etc.) is not accessible by the other.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
You need to subscribe to a paid plan to access all features after your 14-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Your 2houses subscription can be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of the free trial period, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication.

Glitch

I like the app for a few months, and then it started glitching. Examples are when I would go to scroll up in the conversation the app itself would scroll back down and then reset the page over and over. Second example is every time an automatic payment would come out the app would not allow me or my coparent to use the app for 1 to 2 days, which was very inefficient. i’ve contacted tech-support and the problem has not been addressed nor fixed. Considering switching to a different app.

This is by far the worse of these co-parenting apps. The calendar is difficult to set up and nobody answers their email to provide support. If it wasn’t imposed by my ex, I would never have used it.

Cumbersome platform, terrible customer service. Very difficult to see how the program works without signing up. Tried to sign up for the 2 week free trial, but was charged for a full years subscription instead. I’ve have contacted them twice to discuss the misunderstanding and have not received any reply. Not only that, but I can’t even sign in and use the ap. When I do sign in, I am asked to subscribe again. Absolutely not! I will not risk getting charged $200 for another years subscription to an ap that is clumsy and cumbersome to try and use. I do not recommend anything to do with 2houses.
