Unable to progress to level 10. I’m stuck at level 9 and the stars I need to progress to level 10 are locked behind a task where I have to upgrade a room, but upgrading that room requires more power. But the power function is locked behind level 10. The issue is probably I upgraded my other rooms too much, not knowing there was a power cap until level 10. But now I cannot reach level 10 to increase the power cap because the mission (“task”) to get to level 10 requires me to upgrade a room and I have no more power capacity to upgrade rooms. So I’m stuck in a loop, with no further task stars available.
