Weather 24 is a live lightning map and storm tracker for Canada: see strikes the moment they land and get a push when a thunderstorm enters your radius.
From July thunderheads over the Prairies to a deep freeze in Ontario and a hurricane swinging up the Atlantic coast, the rain radar, alerts and a 14-day outlook sit in one app. Check it before the cottage drive, the drive to the rink or a paddle on the lake.
LIGHTNING TRACKER ON A LIVE MAP
• Every strike is plotted on the map and labelled with how many seconds or minutes ago it hit
• "Lightning nearby" notification when a bolt lands inside the alert radius you pick
• A small radius means fewer pings, a large one gives more time to get off the water or the golf course
• Thunder and hail show up in the daily warnings, so a campsite or ball game is never a surprise
RADAR FOR SHOWERS AND SNOW
• Animated radar: showers, squalls and the edge of an incoming front as they move
• Extra layers for wind, temperature, thermal comfort, cloudiness and pressure
• Precipitation alert about an hour before it starts at your spot

- 48-hour chart: a data table under the chart. Tap "+ Data" to add feels-like, wind, gusts, humidity, pressure, UV and more.
- 14 days: switch between the list view and the new columns view.
