Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.
If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information about the user's in-app purchase activity. This could include details such as time since app installation, total app usage time, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was fully consumed, whether it included a trial period, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.
Subscription is amazing and cheap, free version gives you 90% of what you need too. Really helps those who can’t afford the full thing but still want to improve their lives tenfold. Lovely business model and a good change to an industry.

When I signed up for the free trial it stated it would send an email reminding when the paid subscription would start, which of course they did not, so I was charged for the year. Don’t love the app and would not have purchased it. I just “love” when apps say they’ll notify they are going to charge you and then don’t. Seems like they all do that now. I much prefer the Flo app for tracking way more detail in it.

Well I like(d) this app... but honestly, deciding out of the blue to remove content to make it available only to premium users is such a sucky move. I’ve been using the app for a long time and I find this so disappointing. If the premium plan is not attracting as many customers as you would like, maybe try improving the premium plan instead of removing features from the free version… this feels a bit like you’re trying to force loyal users into switching to the paying plan. Too bad.Update: what I mean when I say features were removed is that the « move » tips section is no longer available and only about 30-40% of the tips are visible. Everything else is blurry and reserved for premium users. And all this used to be available for free users.

It gives you 7 days for free then after that you have to pay $39.99 per year or $3.33 per month. No option to deny the free trial and just use it for free. Why do we have to pay to understand our bodies.
