this app seemed promising after the little scan preview, and i ended up subscribing. was kinda disappointed in the premium version. it recommends a routine but then theres no mechanism of daily tracking, its more so like "heres a grocery list of what to buy." i dont think the recommendations are that good, for example it recommended me mineral sunscreens but i dont like white cast, and theres no way to customize preferences pertaining to each type of product, like gel vs oil cleanser. You cannot filter by ingredients. the ai advice is no different than what youd get with chatgpt (for free). although the camera analysis thing is cool, its not gonna be that thorough its just based off a photo at the end of the day and you cant even track progress over time i might as well just use chatgpt and then go shopping manually.

This app truly seem so promising. I had 5 major problems with it. The first one is that when I tried talking to the ai assistant they offered,it wouldn’t work most of the time so you can’t even talk to it. The second flaw is that every I would go into the app it would say there’s an update version so I had to open it through the App Store. Third error is that every time it would say where I could buy the product the website(they give websites where you can buy it from) wouldn’t even have it so I would have to go on a wild goose chase just to find out it was not even in my country. Fourthly the yearly prescription would change prices like when I first joined the it cost 26$ but a couple days later it was 2$ than a few minutes later 4$. The most terrible this is that when I brought the 26$ prescription a couple days later it logged me out and when I tried to login it would say invalid username or password. So i tried to reset the password and it would say click on the link in you’re email to reset you’re password for it not even giving me an email. I waited and tried to get an email to reset my password so I could login to my account. I am very upset I spent money on this app than it logging me out 2 days later. That goes 26$ down the drain when that could have went to product to help my skin. And to search up products it wouldn’t even work, they only show up a products you didn’t even search up.I am sorry for any grammar mistakes and I hope this makes any sense DONT GET THIS APP

It didn’t work, I tried to take a picture of my face and it was super slow and it never took it

I downloaded the app. It was so excited to see that it was free! But all you can do is scan your face every three days.. the only way to get help with what products to use, how to do your routine, etc.. You need to pay money. every video they’ve ever made and every advertisement has been talking about how is completely free but that’s just false advertising. Please start being considerate for people who can’t afford to pay.All I’m asking is maybe give them a routine or just advice anything just to help them a little bit instead of just you could take a photo every three days and tell AI how you’re doing.
