•I had a very disappointing experience with RedotPayI was involved in a P2P transaction where the buyer used a third-party payment. I reported the issue immediately and provided all required evidence, including chat logs and proof of suspicious activityUnfortunately, no immediate action was taken. The buyer was allowed to withdraw the funds, and only afterward I was informed that the account had beenfrozen. This delay caused me financial lossIn my opinion, stronger and faster fraud prevention measures should be implemented, especially in casesinvolving third-party paymentsI hope the platform improves its dispute handling•process to better protect users
