That's a really frustrating experience, and not what the app should be doing.The "can't read pulse" issue is almost always about sensor contact. PPG needs your fingertip pressed firmly against the camera lens with good lighting. Try:Clean the camera lens thoroughlyPress your finger flat and firm (not too hard)Stay completely still during measurementMake sure there's decent lightingWhen done right, our pulse readings are very accurate. The "mostly inaccurate" part might also be related to inconsistent measurement technique.If you've tried all that and it's still not working, reach out to our in-app support. We can troubleshoot with you and offer a couple free months to make up for this terrible first experience.You shouldn't be dealing with "buyers remorse" - let's fix this.
