It’s very difficult to cancel subscription

If you pay for a regular or standard subscription there is no cancellation button. They say you can contact support. There is no support they ignore you and do not let you cancel your subscription and will keep on charging you forever if you have a regular standard subscription. Support doesn’t respond. I had to call my credit card company and report them and had to cancel my credit card.

Your credit card will be charged early, before the trial period is over, and they will not issue a refund!Edit: On here, they reply and say they'll help resolve my issue if I reach out to them, but when I actually reach out, they tell me that it's sometimes their policy to take full payment on day 2 of a 3-day free trial, and that they won't refund the money. Again, this is a SCAM!
