Goldminds has become a huge part of our nightly routine. My son has always had a hard time relaxing when it comes to bed time, always been the one to stay up way too late, but since introducing this app he instantly settles down and actually falls asleep within minutes! I even catch him practicing his breathing techniques when the story tells him to. Recently I tossed on a Goldminds story mid melt down in the car and it worked like a charm, he was calm and actually almost fell asleep. This app is my new go to for all situations!!❤️

This app is simply incredible. We know how important mindfulness and meditation is but to have something that young kids can use too? Just brilliant. Super easy interface to navigate and works with your phone screen off. Narrator’s voice is SO peaceful! Every parent or caregiver needs to download this immediately!!
Volume control not so good.

Makes it so much easier to fall asleep. But recently I’ve been experiencing issues with the volume and it’s working on other apps but not this one. Please fix it.

We love the stories so much, the kids connect to them and they are always so excited when new stories are added. When my 3 year old comes into my bed at night and is struggling to fall back asleep I reach for my phone and she says no phone stories… I tell her it’s for me not for her, she agrees and we both fall back asleep within a few min.
This update brings story labels so you can browse by theme and intention before you listen, an updated media player, UI improvements and some behind the scenes fixes!
