Bought tickets to a show. Great. Smooth. Easy. Tried getting tickets to another show. I’m on vacation, let’s treat myself. Nope. Kept noping. Call my card company. No issue, problem with the site. Looked into it. It could be there fraud technology. ?. Reached out to Tix. Said they would get back to me within 4 business days. Show was in 2 business days. Seems like there’s an issue when you can’t make a purchase . . . on an app . . . to make purchases on. I could understand if I was trying to clear out a whole theatre of its tickets. I’m traveling alone. Buying the single tickets that are hard to sell. Come on. Do better. Be better. Ended up going elsewhere to purchase and deleted the app.

No longer operating in Toronto?

Really sad that they don’t seem to cover the city of Toronto any longer. One of the largest theatre cities in the world! A blend of massive productions and numerous smaller, local theatres… but they seem to have pulled out for some reason. Pretty sad that they couldn’t seem to make it work.
