Title: Terrible User Experience – Forced Update is a Nightmare!

I am extremely disappointed with HDFC’s new banking app update. As a customer currently outside India, I cannot complete the SIM verification, yet the old app keeps redirecting me to the new one, making it completely unusable. This “mandatory update” shows a total lack of consideration for international users and is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. HDFC needs to provide a proper alternative instead of forcing everyone into an app that doesn’t even work for some of us. Very poor planning and customer care
