Simply does not work; crashes CPU memory
I <3 Myst
The only part of this new LastPass for Safari extension for MacBook that works momentarily is actually the ability to sign in to web sites for which you have already set up autofill and autologin. Untilk the CPU memory gets completely gobbled up and you need to shut everything down. To view your Vault: not possible. To view your security score: not possible. To log in and run the extension: possible for a few minutes until the CPU and fan go out of control and everything you try to use on your computer will fail and you have to shut down the computer and start again without Lastpass for Safari. Lastpass extension for Chrome works.
Terrible execution of brewer extension.

Substandard replacement of MacOS desktop app, which worked flawlessly with most if not all websites. Since installing this extension, I have had to resort to manually entering all usernames and passwords when accessing website accounts.
Does NOT work
Momof4qts
Last pass is *ok* for iPad and iPhone, although it doesn’t allow the user enough personal choice about how to store passwords (I prefer to store user name separate from password due to sneaky teenagers) but it is absolute GARBAGE for Mac. It will NOT work UNLESS you “always allow” is to track, monitor and alter ALL websites. I want to be able to CHOOSE what I give it access to and what I don’t. I’ll be looking for a new password manager that allows personal choice.
Lastpass, what happened?

The Lastpass app used to work well with Safari and Chrome. Now it doesn’t work well with either. This Lastpass for Safari extension for MacOS is horrible. I keep having to manually copy/paste from my vault into login screens. Really, it couldn’t be much worse. I’ve been a Lastpass user for 10+ years, but now I’m starting to research other options. That’s how bad this is.
