Every time I want to print something. The printer cannot be found and I have to re- install itI may just as well use my old printer

has a mind of its own . documents and photos that are set to letter size and preview as letter size are not printing because no paper in my upper tray which is dedicated to smaller photo prints . printer options are limited within app and it doesn’t even matter because it will not print the way you want it anyway ...

Very disappointed. This app worked great on my old iPhone 4. I upgraded to a 7 and now the app says it can't find the printer and that the CP900 isn't supported. So I spent $100 bucks a couple years ago for something that is now apparently obsolete? Please fix this to work with CP900!

Unable to connect easily. Wifi connection cuts off constantly and needing setup very often. I have had enough of putting up with it. Connecting printer wirelessly isnt very user friendly at all. Had to go through a lot instead of just a few clicks to connect it wirelessly. I’m done fixing the same problem every time.
