Maybe at least consider giving users a free trial like how many apps do. $40 a week in this economy from someone who is already unemployed is asking for a lot

I lost access less than a day after paying $30 subscription

I signed up for the pro account priced at $29.99/week for 250 applications. Less than 16 hours after my subscription was confirmed and paid for, I lost access and couldn’t restore the subscription. I contacted Prep AI twice and did not hear back. I contacted apple and they did not help me. So I basically lost $30 for nothing and nobody is willing to help me or give me a solution. Extremely frustrating and irresponsible. I do not recommend.

Thanks for the feedback. We want to clarify that pricing is disclosed before any payment is required, and there are no hidden fees. Sprout does require a subscription to support the cost of the AI technology behind the platform, but users can also earn free credits through referrals to try the app without paying. We understand this won’t be the right fit for everyone, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

This update fixes crashes that could close the app while browsing jobs or loading images, and makes startup and swiping faster and smoother.
