I can’t login with my username, and when I enter my email and password it tells me the password is wrong. Will go back to logging in on my work computer unfortunately

Useless program and app

2.0 reports are missing some key items from 1.0, the integration was NOT seamless, had to rebuild custom pay types. The mobile app glitches out when you try to view your paystub which renders it completely useless. We will be investigating alternate providers! Super disappointing!!!

Hi Loraine, we really appreciate you downloading My Wagepoint. You came across it just before our official launch, so the version available at the time wasn’t quite ready — which likely caused the loading issue you experienced. The app is now ready and we’d love for you to try again after updating.

App is useless

Have to use the online website to access timesheets. Even though I followed the steps to enable. But trying to explain this to someone in person is next to impossible as they prefer to just email(give you tips) and use AI to guide you. Very frustrating thus far, hopefully their remittance isn’t this sloppy or it’s going to cost me more than having paid someone else.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I understand how discouraging it is when the app doesn't work the way you expected, especially when you rely on these tools day to day.I'd like to better understand what happened. The My Wagepoint app is built for employees to log their own hours on mobile. I'm wondering if you were looking for manager or admin features on mobile instead—like reviewing or approving timesheets for your team. If that's what you needed, those functions are currently on our web platform. I'd love to know what you were trying to do so I can point you to the right solution. On your concern about remittances—I get why a frustrating app experience would shake your confidence in us more broadly. I want to reassure you that payroll and CRA compliance are handled as core, regulated functions with rigorous accuracy controls. That's a different process from the app, and we take it very seriously.I'm also concerned that you didn't feel heard when you reached out before. That's on us, and I'm sorry. I'd like to make this right. Please reach out to support@wagepoint.com and ask for Kelly W.—she'll give this her personal attention and work through what you were trying to accomplish with you directly. Thanks for your patience.
