"Stuff", i.e. anything, your staff needs, like books, tools, equipment, ...
The Stuff Provider suite consists of two apps:
(1) a macOS App called "Stuff Organizer" to add, change or delete all stuff objects and staff members.
(2) a iOS App called "Stuff Provider", to handout and takeback stuff objects to/from staff members
All data is handled within one apple accounts iCloud and automatically synchronized with all devices. It is also possible, to invite other apple account owners by sharing. These are then able to handout and takeback stuff to/from staff using their devices. These invitations may even be extended to allow editing of stuff or staff data.
The Stuff Organizer supports sophisticated importing of all data from CSV-files as well as by copy/paste. Also backup of data into the local file system is possible.
The Stuff Provider allows selection of stuff objects and stuff members by searching and filtering in lists or, for enhanced convenience, by scanning of QR-Codes.
