Through a simple daily self-assessment, the app helps you better understand your emotions, track trends in your well-being, and quickly reach useful resources tailored to farm life.
The OK-o-meter lets you log how you're feeling in a single tap. If a significant drop is detected, Okérico can — with your permission — suggest next steps or reach out to trusted contacts you've chosen in advance.
Created in Quebec by farmers, farm outreach workers and industry experts, the app also puts reliable tools, regional resources and prevention-focused mental health content at your fingertips.
