Your week runs Monday to Sunday, each day shows what it asks of you and how long is left to do it, and tapping a day opens its actions. An action gets a screen of its own, with the steps, who prescribed it, and everything you need to report on it in one place. A journey that has not started yet tells you when it begins instead of calling it week zero. - Move Your Start Date: Life gets in the way, sometimes before a journey has even begun. Ask your guide to start next Monday, or to push the rest back a week, and every day still ahead of you moves with it. Anything you have already reported on stays exactly where it was, because a day you have done is a matter of record. - Ask About the Whole Plan: Chat about this covers one action. Now you can open a conversation about the journey itself and ask whether it is still the right shape for you. Your guide asks what you are working toward, what you can realistically commit to, and when you want to begin. Before anything is written down it shows you the plan it has in mind and asks whether that is right. If it is not, say so and it drafts again. The finished journey is laid out a week at a time, so you can see what this week is for without reading the whole thing. - A Better Way to Say How It Went: Reporting used to be a thumbs up or a thumbs down, which turned an ordinary day into a verdict. Now there are four ways to answer, from Great! to Not for me, and each one offers a few replies your expert wrote for that exact action. Tap the one that sounds like your day, add a note if you have one, then mark it Completed or Skipped. Skipping counts as an answer, because a day you chose to miss is worth knowing about. - Ask Before You Report: Every action now offers Chat about this. Some days you do not need to log anything, you need to ask a question first. It opens a conversation about that action with the guide who wrote it, and your report can wait until after. - Change the Plan Whenever You Need To: Ask your guide in chat to move something, drop something, or add something new, and your journey updates in place. Days already behind you keep the wording you actually saw. Yesterday now holds everything still outstanding, not yesterday alone, so nothing quietly disappears because you had a busy week.
