Started watching a story that was really good. Was roped in from an ad. In order to finish it, I made a purchase and then got to the “end” only to find it ended abruptly with zero finality to the story line. So I tried another, same thing. Tried another, same thing again! Almost all of the stories only have 20 “chapters” and almost every single one is incomplete. On top of this, the AI video, names and other details change chapter to chapter and is beyond glitchy. Appearances of main characters are different almost every chapter and half of the chapters repeat the same few sentences as previous chapters. It is the worst reel app I have ever used and is a HUGE waste of money. Don’t waste your money or time on this app when there is many others with basically the same stories that are way better quality and finished.

Absolutely do not give this company access to your account, I paid for the $5 1 day trial and it took me to an external browser to pay, then once I go to cancel it through the browser the site suddenly doesn’t work. I search up story reel on safari and nothing comes up, I put in the url and it’s a nearly blank page that gives no options for cancelling. You can’t cancel it through the app, or through the App Store, or through your card, and I’m being told to freeze my card. I’m surprised apple would approve an app like this to be on their store.
