Small improvements and fixes.

Start a practice route from wherever you are: no need to be at the test centre first, and the app never asks for turns around the centre itself. Before each drive, choose what happens if you miss a turn: be guided back to it, or carry on from where you are.

Polish and fixes. • New on your Profile: an "Enjoying SteerClear?" card. One tap takes you to the App Store to rate us, which helps other learners find the app. • Updated wording on several screens. • Smaller fixes and stability improvements.

Clearer voice in the car, and roundabout-free routes. • New: Play voice as a Bluetooth phone call. Directions and Mac's coaching tips reach your car speakers even when the radio is on FM or AUX. Turn it on in Notification settings. • Mac's coaching voice is louder and no longer silenced by the ring/silent switch. • Custom routes: a new Avoid roundabouts switch builds a route with only left and right turns, where the roads allow. • Notification settings now open for guests too. • Can't find your test centre? Ask for it from the app and we'll let you know when it's ready, usually within a day. • Smaller fixes and stability improvements.

Traffic lights, loops and clearer insights. • Learn: traffic lights on your routes — which lane to be in, where to stop and what to do, played on the real map. • Roundabout lessons now drive right out of the roundabout, and there is a new pedestrian-crossings lesson. • Hundreds of new practice routes that loop around the test area; out-and-back routes moved down the list. • Insights: every speeding moment names the road and the limit. • Smaller fixes and stability improvements.

• Briefly switching to another app no longer ends your drive, and navigation recovers if it stalls. • See every test route at your test centre, with clearer route maps. • Find your test centre by address or city, and see the nearest centres. • Free drive now explains how it works before you start. • The subscription screen works more reliably on weak connections. • Improved privacy and security, plus bug fixes and performance improvements.

Practice from where you are. • Too far from your test centre to start? Tap “Start from where I am” — SteerClear explains custom routes, then takes you straight to them. • CarPlay: your routes now appear the first time you connect, without reopening the app. • Screenshots attach properly again when you report a problem. • Smaller fixes and stability improvements.

• Practice starts sooner: the route is on screen right away, and Free drive opens on the street the moment you tap Start. • The map no longer goes blank or ends a drive early on some routes. • Activity Details: tap the "Where it happened" map to zoom and pan a live map with every hard brake, speeding moment and sharp corner marked on the road. Every section is open by default, "Cut short" is explained, and the score info now matches your score. • Route recommendations, personal-best celebrations and the Coach's route order now show up as intended. • Smaller download, quicker launch, and less data and battery used during a drive. • Stability fixes, including a crash when ending a drive.

This update is all about reliability, with fixes for the things you told us about: • Fixed a rare problem where the map could go blank and the route disappear partway through a drive — navigation now keeps going instead of leaving you stuck. • Subscribers are no longer shown the subscribe screen by mistake after signing in. • Free drive now opens with a single, clear guide before you start. • Smoother and more reliable when finishing a drive and when updating your account.

• Speed limits, perfected — refreshed limit data across the whole route library, now shown in your country's units (km/h or mph) • A clearer Home screen — drives logged and total practice time at a glance • Routes now sit front and centre in the navigation bar • Can't find your test centre? Request it with one tap from search and we'll add it • Typo in your email? Change it or sign out straight from the verification prompt • Performance and stability improvements throughout
