Wheelz is built for people who drive a lot and want everything tracked automatically. With location permission enabled, Wheelz detects when you start moving, begins a trip in the background, and wraps it up when you’re done. No manual start/stop needed. While you’re driving, you get a clean live drive view with speedometer and key trip details, so you can stay focused on the road while still capturing every mile. After each trip, Wheelz gives you a full breakdown of performance: distance, duration, and route history. Your drives are organized into an easy-to-browse timeline with detailed trip views, so it’s simple to look back at your best runs or monitor trends over time. Wheelz also helps you build a profile around your actual cars, not just your account. Add your vehicles with make, model, and year, personalize your setup, and keep your driving history tied to the car you’re using. The app combines a premium dark map aesthetic with fast, simple onboarding so you can get set up quickly and let Wheelz do the rest—automatic tracking, clean stats, and leaderboard-ready performance in one place. Subscriptions are available as auto-renewing in-app purchases billed to your Apple ID, automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and can be managed or canceled anytime in your App Store account settings under Apple’s standard terms. Subscriptions Available: Wheelz Pro 1 Week: $4.99 Wheelz Pro 1 Month: $9.99 Wheelz Pro 1 Year: $49.99 Wheelz Pro gives access to all features including unlimited driving history. Privacy Policy: https://vortac.io/wheelz/privacy Terms & Conditions: https://vortac.io/wheelz/terms Wheelz does not promote speeding or dangerous activity, you must obey traffic laws in your country. Our leaderboards do not contain speed related metrics. Drive safe!

Cool app

First review. good app, if it integrates more features like challenges or create routes to race between friends it will be a top seller for sure

Developer Response
Hey thanks for the review! We have a lot more friend features coming soon :)

Uncomfortable permissions

Figured this would be fun. However, it forces a subscription (with trial). You have to remember to unsubscribe instead of it auto denying. And you have to share your location ALL the time. It does not allow you to share location “while in the app only”. That’s no bueno for me. This feels like a data collection app with bad up front dark UX patterns.I unsubscribed right away and removed the app.

Developer Response
Hey, we don't force a subscription or trial to use. That is completely optional for some extra pro features, not necessary for tracking drives and adding friends. The app needs access to your location so it can automatically track your drives without even having to open the app, which a lot of people love so they don't have to manualy start/end drives. It's not for everyone and we'd love to hear more feedback at support@vortac.io Thanks again for the review!

Good concept, but difficult to justify the subscription

The app has a good idea behind it and I think it has potential. However, after trying it during the 7-day free trial, I realized it wasn’t really what I was looking for. I didn’t use it very much because I didn’t find it engaging enough to make me want to come back regularly. If the app were free, I could see myself opening it from time to time. But based on how little I actually used it, I can’t justify paying for a subscription. What made this experience even more frustrating is that my subscription renewed by mistake. I realized it only one day after the free trial ended and wanted to contact the support team to ask if a refund would be possible, since it was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a working way to contact them, which was very disappointing.I think the app has potential, but I hope the developers improve both the user experience and the customer support.

Paid friend option or invite people I understand money runs the world but that’s the whole app basically

Developer Response
It does not cost money to add friends, that is completely free. Our app is mostly free and only has pro upgrades for optional features, unlike all the other drive tracking apps.
