Fixes a rare blank white screen during play and ads. Stability improvements.

Video rewards are more reliable. Tapping a reward now loads a video instead of failing right away, and a reward you earned is saved even if the app closes before it is added to your account. At first launch, the app now waits for your tracking choice before it starts measuring app events. Plus stability fixes.

Increased stability and many fixes!
