Morning music is not evening music. What settles a restless mind is not what lifts a heavy one. Find your type in about two minutes. Eighteen questions, no account needed to answer them. You'll get your balance of three energies — Wind, Fire and Earth, known in Ayurveda as Vāta, Pitta and Kapha — as percentages rather than a single label. Most people are a blend. Retake it whenever it stops feeling true. Then listen. The recordings are ragas: melodic forms that North Indian classical musicians have matched to particular hours of the day for centuries. A dawn raga and a dusk raga are genuinely different pieces of music, and Arogya tells you which one you're hearing and why. Sessions run six, twelve or twenty minutes. Every recording is a licensed studio performance, prepared to loop without a seam, and plays offline. Layer rain, ocean or a campfire underneath if you like. Your day, read honestly. Connect Apple Health and Arogya reads your heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen and steps to give you a daily score out of 100 — five signals, weighted, with anything missing left out rather than counted as zero. Arogya reads from Apple Health. It never writes anything back. What we won't claim. No frequency claims. No promise that a particular tone treats a particular ailment. Where a piece is chosen for its mood rather than its traditional hour, we say so on the card. Where a reading is inferred from something else — a mood tone read from your heart-rate variability, for instance — the app names the signal it actually used. The quiz is a self-assessment, not a diagnosis. The daily score is a wellness score, not a medical measurement. Free, and what isn't. The quiz, your daily score, the check-in, your metrics and one piece of music chosen for the current hour are free, always. Premium unlocks the full library so you can choose any recording at any hour, daily guidance shaped by your type, weekly trends, and your personal heart-rate-variability baseline. Fourteen days free. The trial is that long on purpose — Arogya needs about two weeks of readings before it knows your own baseline rather than a population average, and a shorter trial would end before the app is really working. Privacy. Your quiz answers never leave your device. Health readings are read when needed and are not stored on our servers unless you separately opt in. Delete your account from inside the app; you have seven days to change your mind.
