New • A new app icon: a seating chart on an easel, with your seat in gold.

New • We refreshed our App Store screenshots and descriptions, and added a listing for Canada. • The RSVP banner now says “3 new RSVPs” instead of “3 new RSVP”.

New • Start a Pro free trial and, with notifications on, Seatful reminds you 2 days before it ends. • A new "Rate Seatful" row in Account takes you straight to the App Store to leave a review.

New • iCloud sync: your events now stay up to date on every iPhone and iPad signed in to your Apple Account. • Send each guest their personal RSVP link by WhatsApp, with a friendly message ready to go. • Quinceañera is a new event type: room setup starts with a table of honour and offers an optional family table. • Reserve several places for one family: set Passes on a party, and the family's RSVP page shows how many places are reserved for them. • Add a title or relationship to any guest. It shows in your guest list and prints above the name on place cards and escort cards. • Add an honorific after names on printed cards and lists, right from Export. • Choose Letter or A4 paper for every printed chart and card, and switch card titles on or off. • With Seatful in Japanese, add furigana readings to sort names by reading, and new events print 様 after each name.

New • Try a Sample Event no longer uses up your free event. • Set your room's real size for free in Room & zones. Zones stay part of Seatful Pro. • Planning a rehearsal dinner or brunch too? The Event Pass for your wedding covers linked events. • On the free plan, new events seat up to 40 guests; the Event Pass seats everyone. Events you already have are unchanged. Reliability fixes • Your one-week, day-before and RSVP-deadline reminders are no longer cleared when the app opens. • Back up now no longer replaces newer changes from seatful.app with an older, unchanged copy on your phone. • If publishing your RSVP page fails, such as with no signal, Seatful no longer shows a seat finder QR code or guest links that do not work yet. • Restore Purchases now tells you when it could not check your account, instead of saying nothing was found. • If a guest reply cannot be applied to your chart, Seatful now says so. • The Home Screen widget is now translated into every language the app supports. • Your event list no longer looks empty after a brief storage hiccup.

Your subscription is easier to manage. Tap the person icon on the Events screen to open Account, where you can see who bills your Seatful Pro and change or cancel it with Apple's Manage subscription. Deleting your account now tells you exactly what happens to billing, before and after.

Free exports are now marked PREVIEW, so it is always clear which chart is the final one. The QR seat finder guests scan at the door is now part of the Event Pass, alongside the clean PDF, place cards, caterer report and door sign. Publishing your RSVP page stays free.

Help now has two new buttons: Request a feature and Report a bug. Both open an email to our team, so you can see exactly what you are sending before it goes.

Keep apart: mark two guests who must never share a table. Auto-fill respects it and the chart flags any clash. Set up the room in one tap: your guest count and seats per table become numbered tables laid out with real aisles. Banquet tables can seat the ends. Sweetheart and head table presets. Linked events: add your rehearsal dinner or brunch under the wedding. One Event Pass covers up to 3. Share a read-only chart link with your partner (Event Pass). Print each guest's meal choice on place and escort cards. RSVP widget for your Home Screen, plus Siri shortcuts. Day-of check-in for planners (Pro).
