Bible studies for women who want to understand what they read.
This is a Bible for women to make her own: the full text, readable offline, with highlights, notes and bookmarks that stay where you put them. Around it sits a Bible study for women who want guidance: clear teaching grounded in the passage, reflection that follows understanding, and a rhythm that fits the week you actually have.
A REAL BIBLE READER
The complete Bible, 66 books and 1,189 chapters, in the Berean Standard Bible. Search by word or phrase, look up a reference like James 1:2 or Psalm 23, tap any verse to highlight it in a muted colour, add a note, save it or share it. Adjust the type size, line spacing and reading theme, and pick up where you left off.
GUIDED BIBLE STUDY
Every session moves through the same six stages: read the passage, notice something in the text, work through the explanation, reflect on what it means, pray, then choose one response to carry into the day. Study depth is yours to set: about 5 minutes, about 10, or about 20, as three routes through the same study.
A RHYTHM THAT FITS
Choose Daily, Twice a week, Weekly or Every two weeks. Pick your days and change them whenever you like. A missed session stays next in your plan instead of piling up. Daily verses are a separate choice, so a weekly study can still come with a verse each morning.
A LIBRARY TO GROW INTO
Hundreds of verse studies and longer reads, arranged by subject: hope, identity, prayer, grief, courage, rest, friendship, work, boundaries and more. Save anything you want to come back to.
YOUR OWN WORDS
A private journal gathers your study reflections, verse notes and saved actions, each one linked to the passage it came from. Add prayer requests and mark them answered when the time comes. Your writing stays on your device, and it stays readable and exportable whether or not a subscription is active.
A QUIET MORNING, IF YOU WANT ONE
Set a reminder for a time that suits you. Where your device supports it, First Word can pause the apps that distract you until you have made time for prayer, with a maximum end time and a skip for today that always works.
SUBSCRIPTION
Bible Studies for Women is a subscription. The price is $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year, with no free trial. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your store account.
