Your account comes from an invitation from your child’s practice. Follow the link in the invitation to set your password, then sign in.
VISITS
• Today’s visit at a glance: checked in, in session, ready for pickup and picked up

• Request a visit, ask to cancel or move one, and share dates when you are unavailable

DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY
• Notifications use general wording; names and details stay off the Lock Screen and open only inside the app
• The app hides its content in the App Switcher and asks you to sign in again after 15 minutes of inactivity
• You see only the children and sections your practice has linked to your account
• Records stay in your practice’s TherapyCRM account
• No ads and no tracking

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
- Photo and video consent: once you have given consent, the card offers only a clear "Stop photos and video" option, so your choice is always obvious.
- Every payment now has a numbered receipt you can download from the invoice.
- When your practice offers them, download insurance statements, OAP expense summaries and annual receipts from Billing.
