Ritrovo finds your group's date in three steps: a title, a few times placed on your calendar, a link to send. Guests vote in their browser, with no app, no account and no ads.
YOUR CALENDAR, ON YOUR IPHONE ONLY
Ritrovo reads every calendar on the iPhone — iCloud, Google, Exchange, Outlook — and greys out the times you're busy in the week view. Tap to place a time, drag to set how long it lasts. "Suggest times" offers 3 to 5 free slots for the length, days and hours you want. Nothing from your calendar leaves the device.
ANSWER IN ONE TAP
Invited and have Ritrovo? "Answer from my calendar" says no where you're busy and yes elsewhere. Check, send: only your choices go out. Yes, if need be or no, a comment, and change your mind whenever you like.
EVERYONE CAN VOTE
The link opens on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac or Linux, in thirteen languages. A circle where everyone has Ritrovo goes through iCloud only.
THE BEST TIME, FRONT AND CENTRE
A table of times and people, the best one on top, reminders for those who haven't replied, and "Confirm this date": the event goes into your calendar with the place and the note. Guests get the .ics file or a link to Google Calendar and Outlook.

FREE, NO ADS
3 open polls, 20 times each, calendars, reminders and 30 days of history. Voting is always free.
Ritrovo Pro (monthly or yearly subscription, Family Sharing): unlimited polls and times, recurring series ("the second Thursday of the month"), availability grid, hidden polls, event themes and pictures, CSV and PDF export, full history. The subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
The voting service keeps only the poll, the names typed and the votes, and erases them 30 days after the date. No account, no telemetry.
