Bonjour j’avais vos logiciels de mots de passe et les ai réinstallé pour réessayer de régler mon problème de contacts. J’avais environ 120 contacts mais au lieu de supprimer mes contacts le contraire s’est produit et j’ai atteint un record de 7630 contacts. Au début je les supprimais manuellement un par un mais je me suis fatigué de faire ainsi même en fusionnant ceux-ci rien ne fonctionnait et continuait à se doubler. J’ai certains contacts qui sont entre 15 et 40 copies chacun.J’ai même essayé d’aller chez mon fournisseur Telus Mobilité mais rien n’a fonctionné j’ai donc contacté Apple et la personne m’a appelé à chaque jour pendant 3 jours car il disait devoir s’informer auprès d’autres personnes pour savoir si quelqu’un avait déjà eu des problèmes semblables mais après 3 jours plus rien aucune nouvelle. Je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire j’ai même perdu quelques contacts. Donc si possible aidez moi. Merci Yvan
